Jennifer is a banking and structured finance lawyer with extensive experience in a number of investment, commercial and retail banks. Her expertise includes advising on financing and treasury matters and leading on transactional, regulatory and legal risk management issues for financial institutions.

As well as being the lead treasury lawyer in several retail banks, Jennifer has led on the financial markets infrastructure aspects for a challenger investment banking entity, including establishing appropriate governance pathways and legal risk review templates. Chris Woolhouse is a solicitor and barrister (NP) with 20+ years of experience in finance, project finance and corporate law. He started his career in private practice where he worked across a number of magic circle and international law firms for 15 + years. He has built and managed practices across many of those firms. He has extensive experience as General Counsel – most recently building the legal function of a financing and data analytics platform focussed on emerging market energy transition and including the establishment of a debt fund from inception to $50m capitalisation. He is passionate about impact investing, development finance and the low carbon transition. He is experienced in structured and project finance and fund structuring transactions and organisational board governance. He is a Non-Executive Director of the Oxford Low Carbon Hub and of DREAM (a platform established to progress the deployment of capital to emerging market renewables development) – both are in the non-profit sector.
